What To Expect
Your first visit of the two-visit bundled rate package will last between 2 and 2 1/2 hours. During this initial consultation we will be discussing what hypnotherapy is, how it works, how it can best serve you, and how you can use it to help yourself even after our work together is finished.
The main purpose of this visit is to gather information to personalize your hypnotherapy and make it most beneficial for you.
Your second visit of the two-visit bundled rate package will last approximately 1 hour. During this time you will experience hypnosis. You will be provided a CD or MP3 recording of the hypnosis session for home use.
